To everyone out there saying that Zayn’s fight is somehow 1DHQ sanctioned/planned or will somehow be profitable for 1D:
- This is drawing attention away from the start of a highly profitable and successful US leg of the tour (say what you like about them not selling out, the forbes article very clearly shows how profitable this tour is, and the gigs so far have looked pretty damn close to sold out to me)
- The first video for action 1D is out today. A massive rebrand showing the boys as adults who care about the world, showing their fans as adults with power to change things in the world. And yet you think that today of all days their team would willingly link them to Zayn popping off with fat shaming against his supposed best friend?
- Again on action1D right as this week’s action is about to be announced/is being announced? I know we all talk about how bad their team are at times, but this is beyond likely imo.
also, while i am at it…
- Zayn is not coming back. I repeat, Zayn is not coming back. There is absolutely no profit involved in a member leaving a band, showing bad blood between them, and then returning after they have written most of an album without him, in the middle of a tour, having missed almost two full legs of said tour. Come at me with whatever receipts you think you have on his ‘return’ but he just isn’t.
- If you say that because people predicted Zayn and NB would fall out that this means something then fine, but I predicted that too, with no belief that Zayn would return. NB was a yes man in Zayn’s ear telling him he could do so much better without 1D… reality has hit, things happen, people fall out. That is life.
